how I can help

The clients I see are often seeking a new chance at warmth, compassion, and collaboration in their search for healing and support. I often work with folx who may have been looking for help-- sometimes for years-- but continue to experience feelings of anxiety or depression, shame, and self-defeat. I create a supportive space where, together, we face fear with compassion, courageously embrace openness and honesty, and find relief in connection. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most valuable tools we have to help you feel centered, empowered, and strong.

My approach is relational, humanistic, and down-to-earth. I treat both children and adults with a variety of experiences and needs. I also specialize in neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism, with a focus on the unique needs of late-diagnosed adults and women/AFAB people. My goal is to help you be your best "you"- with realness, compassion, and self-love.

I treat needs, not neurotypes. Very often, our needs are the same: to embrace and express who we are without shame or fear, to feel less anxious or worried, to shine a little brighter, feel a little happier, and to love and be loved. Belonging is important to all of us. I am here to offer acceptance, compassion, and understanding and, more important, to help you develop this for yourself.

So much of what I love about my work is getting to know people and helping them through life, one step at a time, no matter who they are or where they are on their path. I can say for certain I am looking forward to meeting you— and, if I’m lucky enough, walking alongside you for a time, wherever you are.
